What to do when Amazon listings are not syncing?

Items have to be in the Linked status to receive automatic updates. Try the below staps to troubleshoot:

  1. Confirm that automatic synchronization is enabled in Salestio > Settings > current Amazon account > Item Synchronization section.
  2. Check the status of the item in the Selling List. Make sure that the status is Linked. In case of any errors, check the possible solutions below:

  3. Review Global Profile settings and see if the QTY mode is correctly selected.

After resolving the issues with the product, run the update manually to check the results.
