Sync Seller Central inventory with BigCommerce products

If you have been actively selling on Amazon, and now want to connect BigCommerce products to your Seller Central inventories, Salestio has an easy way to do so. 

Note! You should add your Amazon account to Salestio before you start linking products. For more information on how to add your Amazon account, please check this link


Below are the steps to link the Amazon inventory with BigCommerce:

  1. (Optional) Create a Selling List and add some items to it. If this step is skipped, Salestio will create a Selling List automatically. Adding a Selling List is an optional step that can help to organize the products inside the app before they are connected.
  2. Go to Salestio > Inventory and click the "Download inventories" button.

  3. Select the Amazon account and click the Download button. If you added multiple accounts to Salestio, they will all be displayed here. Depending on how many products you have in your Seller Central Inventory, it might take from 30 to 60 minutes to display all products in Salestio. Note! In case you have multiple accounts added to Salestio, you can filter the display of the products by filtering the results.
  4. After products are downloaded, click the "Sync inventories with Selling Products" button.
  5. Select the account and click the Sync button.
  6. Go to Selling Lists in Salestio. The automatically created Selling List will be displayed here. The Selling List is created with the default name "Migrated for [account_name] [marketplace]". It is also created with the default Global Profile and Amazon Profile. You can modify the profiles later on on the "Edit" selling list page.
  7. Open the Selling List to view the products. The "Migrated..." Selling List contains BigCommerce products that were found by matching SKUs from your Seller Central account. The products are displayed in the Linked statuses. It means that the connection between BigCommerce and Amazon products is established and BigCommerce stock and prices will be synced to Amazon after changes happen in the store.

    Items that were added to other Selling Lists manually earlier will remain there, and Salestio will set the status for connected products to "Linked".

  8. If you would like to immediately sync prices and stock without waiting for them to be updated in BigCommerce, you can synchronize stock and prices right from the Selling List. To do so, select the whole Selling List or just the needed products, click "More Actions" and select the "Update QTY & Price" action.

    The status will change to Pending. Give Salestio ~15 mins, and the statuses will change back to Linked. Then, you can go to your Seller Central and see that the prices and stock are updated.
