Resolve common errors when sending/updating products to Etsy
This article highlights the most common errors when sending Shopify products to Etsy and solutions to the issues.
After the issue is fixed, select the product in the Selling List and run the Send to Etsy action again.
Etsy category not found for product, please adjust Creation Profile
This error indicates that the Creation profile is not configured or not assigned to the Selling List. Make sure that Product Creation is enabled in the Selling List and that the correct Creation Profile is assigned.
Also, check if the mapping condition (Product Type, Category and/or Collection) corresponds to the product that you are trying to send.

Oh dear, you cannot sell this item on Etsy
This error means that the item does not qualify for sale on Etsy based on the attributes "Who made it", "When made it" and "What is it".
Check the creation profile and ensure that the settings confirm that the item belongs to one of the three categories:
- Handmade Items (stuff done by yourself or somebody in your company).
- Craft Supplies, components, materials, or tools that people may use to make their creations
- Vintage Goods (20 years old or more).

Missing name in the variation specifics or variation specifics set
This error appears when variations present on Etsy are different from Shopify. To resolve this, use the "Update" action instead of "Update QTY & Price". If the variation structure is different (e.g. Shopify has Size/Color, while Etsy only has Size), it is required to relist the item.

Invalid Etsy token
This error might appear when the account connection is expired. To resolve this, reconnect your Etsy account in Salestio.
