Cancel Flash Task and Unlock Selling List Items

Flash Task could be canceled only in specific states — Reserved and Pending.

In order to cancel task please navigate to menu Catalog—>ebay—>Flash Tasks

Then please select one of the tasks and from the “Drop-down” menu select action “Cancel”.

Flash Tasks in status “Processed” can’t be canceled. Please contact us if you will see any task that stack in status “Processed” more than 20 minutes.
