Syncing products to eBay error: more information is needed for a seller account
If syncing your product to eBay is failing because more information is required for your seller account, you should do the following:
1. Log in to your eBay seller account and check for notifications related to verifying your account. eBay might ask for additional details, such as payment setup or business verification.
2. eBay has partnered with Payoneer for payouts. If required, complete the Payoneer verification process. This process may take a few days.
3. Try listing an item directly on eBay using their listing tools. If there’s an issue with your account setup, eBay will prompt you to add the missing information to complete the setup.
4. Once your account is fully configured, return to Salestio and resend your Selling List.
