My eBay items have an error status. What do I do?
To find out more about the error, check the logs for the affected item. Click “Logs” and look for the latest messages. Logs indicate if some information is missing, a seller account needs an update, or if there is an issue in the app configuration.
This is the list of articles that describe the errors that might appear when you export Shopify products to eBay. After the issue is fixed, select the product in the Selling List and run the Send to eBay action again (or the Revise action if the failed action was an update). Check if the listing looks good to you on eBay. If all looks good, select the whole Selling List or other products, and send them to eBay.
