Delete eBay Account
Once in a while, you might want to delete the eBay account that you have connected to Salestio. And it is totally possible from the User Interface in Salestio. Here are some cases when you might want to delete your eBay account:
- a sandbox account that you no longer use
- an eBay account that was mistakenly created
- an old eBay account that you no longer use
You should follow the next steps to delete the eBay account from Salestio.
- Navigate to the Accounts tab in the Salestio menu.
- Find the needed account and click on it.
Click the Delete button in the top left corner of the page displayed under the Edit Account title.
Confirm the Delete account on the next screen.
Important! You will not be able to delete the account if there are any Selling Lists or eBay Profiles associated with this eBay account. An example of such a warning is displayed in the screenshot above. In this case, you should click the Cancel button. Reassign a different eBay account to the active Selling Lists or delete the Lists. Then you can go back to the eBay account and delete it as described in this article.
