Manage Selling List [eBay]

To manage the existing Selling List please open Salestio from the Shopify admin page and navigate to the Selling List menu. Then you should click the 'View' button next close to the Selling List you want to modify.

You are also redirected to this page after creating a new Selling List.

Every Selling List includes the list of Shopify products and the information about its status on the selected eBay Marketplace.

Please note that the 'Add Products' button on this page is available only if the Selling List is in the 'Products' mode. If the selling list is in the 'Collections' mode, this button will not be available. The only way to change the list of available products is to update the list of connected collections.

• Product — Product name, list of possible warnings, and errors when available.
• Options list — list of various options available in specific products
• Status — current status of the Selling List product variant. Based on the status, various actions can be taken upon the item. Below is the list of available:
  • Not Active — the item in the Selling List is not linked to the eBay item. To successfully link the item, it is required to set the proper Category mapping in the Creation Profile. The only actions available with this item are “Send to eBay” and “Stop & Remove”
  • Active — the item in the Selling List is connected to an eBay item. The possible actions are 'Revise'  'Revise QTY', 'Revise Price', 'Quick Revise', 'Stop', 'Stop & Remove'
  • Error — linking operation failed with an error. Detailed information about the error can be found in the Logs. The actions available in this state are 'Relist” and 'Stop & Remove'
  • Pending Linking — it is an active but not completed operation of the connection of the Selling List Product to the eBay Item. All actions in the state are blocked. 
  • Pending QTY Update — it is an active but not completed operation of transferring QTY update from the Selling List Product to the eBay Item. All actions in the state are blocked. 
  • Pending Price Update — it is an active but not completed operation of transferring Price update from the Selling List Product to the eBay Item. All actions in the state are blocked. 
  • Pending QTY & Price Update — it is an active but not completed operation of transferring QTY & Price update from the Selling List Product to the eBay Item. All actions in the state are blocked. 
  • Update Error — the operation of transferring an update from the Shopify product to the eBay item resulted in an error. Detailed information about the error can be viewed from the Selling List product log. The actions available for this item are  'Revise'  'Revise QTY', 'Revise Price', 'Quick Revise', 'Stop', and 'Stop & Remove'.
  • Pending Product Stop — it is an active but not completed operation of transferring QTY = 0 updates to the eBay product (e.g. Stop sales).  All actions in the state are blocked. 
  • Stopped  — Selling List product is in the Stopped state and is not available for Sale (QTY = 0). The actions available for this item are  'Relist', 'Revise'  'Revise QTY', 'Revise Price', 'Quick Revise', 'Stop & Remove'
  • Pending Product Stop & Remove — it is an active but not completed operation of transferring QTY = 0 updates to the eBay product (e.g. Stop sales) and the item is requested to be removed from the Selling List. All actions in the state are blocked. 
• Variation status — Price, QTY, and publishing status information about specific variation items.
• View on eBay link — the link to view the Selling Product on eBay. The link is active when the product is in Active status.
• Action buttons —  the 'Logs' button allows you to check the detailed log for a specific product (including all variations)

• SKU — Shopify product variant SKU data.  It is exported to eBay as an eBay item SKU.
• Creation Profile — the rules to place the Shopify product in the needed eBay category. Contains information about the required and optional fields.

Bulk actions with Selling List products

When one or a few products in the Selling list are selected, it is possible to run a bulk operation with the selected items.

• Send to eBay — sends to eBay all products from the selected Selling Lists, that have not yet been exported to eBay. The operation can be performed only with 'Not Active', 'Stopped', or 'Error' Items.
• Relist — relists (re-send/restart) selected products on the eBay site. The operation can be performed only with 'Stopped' items.
• Full Revise — updates all information about the eBay items (including description, payment/shipping methods, etc)
• Revise QTY — schedules QTY updated for all products from the selected Selling Lists. This action can be set for the products that are linked to the eBay items, and do not wait for the completion of the scheduled operations
• Revise Quick — updates only information about QTY & Price
• Revise Price — same as above but only for the Price. Please note if there has already been an active job of QTY update, the item will be skipped
• Stop listing — sends QTY equals 0 for all products that are linked to the eBay items and don't have scheduled operation
• Stop & Remove — sends QTY equals 0 for the active eBay items. After this operation is completed, items from the Selling List, and then the Selling List is removed. Please note this operation can't be undone.
