Adding eBay Account
eBay Integration allows you to use multiple eBay accounts. To start sending items or download orders, it is important to add at least one eBay account.
Please follow the next steps to add your eBay account to Salestio:
- Navigate to the Accounts tab in Salestio.
- Click the 'Add Account' button.
- Enter your account name in the 'Name' field. This name will be used as an alias for the account in Salestio.
Select 'Mode'. Always select 'Live' (default) if you are not testing your listings on the eBay sandbox website.
Important! If the selected Mode does not correspond to the eBay environment (sandbox or live), you will not be able to log in to your eBay account in the next steps.
- Click the 'Add Account' button.
You will be redirected to your eBay account page where you need to grant access to Salestio. Make sure to read and confirm the agreement.
Important! You will not be able to proceed with adding your eBay account to Salestio before you agree to grant application access.
- The account will be successfully created and linked to Salestio. You will be redirected to the Add Account page.
The newly added account will be displayed under the Accounts tab. To edit account details, click the account line in the list of added accounts.
