These errors usually happen when one of the listing item-specific is duplicate one of the available variation options. Like "Size" and "Color", "Type"

Let's look at the following example. You would like to sell a T-Shirt, that is available in sizes XS, S, M and L. Additionally this T-Shirt has two color options Red and Green.

The category you selected on eBay for this product, also required a few "Item Specifics" to be defined. One of the required items specific is "Size". 

When you make a selection of this "Size" option inside "Item Specific", eBay will generate an error like defined in this article.

The solution for this is not to select this "Size" Item specific inside the Selling Profile. In such cases, eBay will automatically replace the "Item Specifics" value with values from your Multi-variation products option.
