Missing Shipping Information on Etsy Orders
Etsy has restrictions for some regions related to providing shipping details for third-party providers. The restrictions exist for the following regions: the United States, Canada, and Türkiye.
For these regions, only the selected providers have access to this information.
As Salestio is not one of these providers (Shippo or ShipStation), unfortunately, Etsy does not share this information with us. Therefore, we cannot pass it to the e-commerce store orders.
Shipping information cannot be sent to the store for such orders.
