Orders Overview

Salestio — Amazon, eBay & Etsy integration has a feature that allows you to track all your sales from the connected marketplaces. Salestio imports the orders directly to the Order section in your BigCommerce/Ecwid/Shopware/WooCommerce store. Then, they can be processed as a normal on-site sale.

All Orders are listed under the 'Orders' tab in the app.

Please note that information is displayed here only after adding the Amazon, eBay or Etsy account to Salestio. Another condition is to have sales on this account in the past two weeks.

To find more details about a specific order, click the View button on the list entry. The details page shows the info about the ordered SKUs, customer contacts, and a log section below.

If an order is already created in the store, it will have the local Order ID in the “Shop Order ID” column.

Click the “Filter” button to specify which orders you want to see depending on the Order fulfillment status.

Click the Export button in the Order Details section to manually create the order in the store. This is useful when automatic order import is disabled or when resolving issues.

Automatic order import is enabled by default, and Salestio will attempt to create an e-commerce store order based on the imported one. Automatic import can be disabled

  • Imported orders are created with a matching store SKU if possible. The ordered SKU will appear as a link to its shop page, and fulfilling the order will change the product stock in the store's inventory.

In this case, the ordered item has to be in stock in the shop to allow order creation.

  • For BigCommerce, the orders can be created without matching SKUs but will not have the SKU on the BigCommerce order and the product will not have a link.

Marketplace orders will have the original marketplace specified in the “Order source” field (Amazon, eBay, or Etsy, depending on the source platform). Orders also display the icon of the source platform.

Salestio adds the related details to the corresponding fields in the store order, including:

  • Source marketplace
  • Marketplace order ID
  • Selected shipping method
  • Customer contacts
