Add eBay Account to Product Import

To import active eBay listings from your account to the Shopify store, you should start by adding your eBay account to Product Import by Salestio.

Note! Individual listings can be imported to Shopify even without adding the eBay account to Salestio. If you would like to import individual products one by one without adding your eBay account, check the following article.

Please follow the next steps to add your eBay account to Product Import:

1. Go to Product Import > Dashboard.

2. Click the "Connect eBay account" button.

   Note! Once the account is connected, it will be shown on the Dashboard with the "Disconnect" button.

   

   Once you click this button, you will be redirected to the new eBay account page.

3. Enter your account name in the 'Name' field. This name will be used as an alias for the account in Salestio.

4. Click the "Add Account" button.

   Important! If the selected Mode does not correspond to the eBay environment (sandbox or live), you will not be able to log in to your eBay account in the next steps.

   

   
   
5. Click the 'Add Account' button.

6. You will be redirected to your eBay account page where you need to grant access to Salestio. Make sure to read and confirm the agreement. 

   

   Important! You will not be able to proceed with adding your eBay account to Product Import before you agree to grant application access.

7. The account will be successfully created and linked to Product Import. You will be redirected to the Add Account page.
8. The newly added account will be displayed under the Accounts tab and can be accessed from the App menu from the left side navigation.
