Manage Selling List

To manage the existing Selling List please open Salestio Amazon integration from the selling platform admin page and navigate to the menu Selling List. Then please click on the button “View” close to the Selling List you want to modify.

You are also redirected to this page after successfully creating a new Selling List.

Every Selling List includes the list of your store products and information connected to the representation of this product on selected Amazon Marketplace.

Please notice that button "Add Products" on this page is available only on Selling List mode "Products". For the "Category" mode you can't find it and the only way to change the list of available products it's via update the list of connected categories.

Available columns of Selling List products table:
  • Product — Product name, list of possible warnings, and errors when available.
  • Options list — list of various options available in specific products
  • Status — current status of Selling List product variant. Based on the status it’s possible to make certain actions with it. Available statuses list:
    •  Not Linked — the item inside the Selling List is not linked to the Amazon item. To successfully link it’s required that your store product variant SKU should be assigned to Amazon Item. The only operations available with this item is “Send to Amazon” and “Stop & Remove”
    • Linked — item inside Selling List is connected to Amazon item. Operations available for this item are  “Update QTY”, “Update Price”, “Update QTY & Price”, “Stop”, “Stop & Remove”
    • Linking Error — linking operation failed with an error. Detailed information about errors could be found in Log. Operations available in this state are “List” and “Remove”
    • Pending Linking — here is active not finished operation of connection Selling List product to Amazon Item. All operation in the state is blocking. 
    • Pending QTY Update — here is active not finished operation of transferring QTY update from Selling List Product to Amazon Item. All operation in the state is blocking. 
    • Pending Price Update — here is active not finished operation of transferring Price update from Selling List Product to Amazon Item. All operation in the state is blocking. 
    • Pending QTY & Price Update — here is active not finished operation of transferring QTY & Price update from Selling List Product to Amazon Item. All operation in the state is blocking. 
    • Update Error — operation of transferring update from your store product to Amazon item finished with an error. Detailed information about errors could be checked from the Selling List product log. Operations available for this item are  “Update QTY”, “Update Price”, “Update QTY & Price”, “Stop”, “Stop & Remove”.
    • Pending Product Stop — here is active not finished operation of transferring QTY = 0 updates to amazon product (e.g. Stop sales).  All operation in the state is blocking. 
    • Stopped  — Selling List product is on Stopped state and not available for Sale (QTY = 0). Operations available for this item are  “QTY Revise”, “Update Price”, “Update QTY & Price”, “Stop”, “Stop & Remove”
    • Pending Product Stop & Remove — here is active not finished operation of transferring QTY = 0 updates to amazon product (e.g. Stop sales) and request to remove an item from the Selling List. All operation in the state is blocking. 
  • Variation status — Price, QTY, and publishing status information of specific variation items.
  • Action buttons —  button "Logs" that allows you to check the detailed log for a specific product (including all variations)
Information about the required details for your store Products:
  • SKU — selling platform product variant SKU data. That will be exported to Amazon as an amazon item SKU.
  • ASIN — Amazon Standard Identification Number assigned to selected products. ASIN code for product assigned base on the EAN/UPC code of variation. The application works only with products that currently exist on amazon
  • EAN/UPC — Barcode of product variant. This required information for connecting your store  Product to an Amazon item. Without having EAN/UPC code product can't be linked to an amazon item

Bulk actions with Selling List products

By selecting one of the few selling list products, you become possible to run a mass-actions operation with selected items.

Following mass-actions available:
  • Send to Amazon — allow sending to amazon multiple selected Selling List products that are currently in status “Not Linked”. During this operation established connections between your store product SKU and Amazon item ASIN code. For items with success established connections also transferred QTY and Price information. The store product must have SKU and UPC or EAN code for its variations
  • Update QTY  — transfer to Amazon QTY update for selected Selling List products. The product inside Selling List should be in status “Linked”.
  • Update Price  — transfer to Amazon Price update for selected Selling List products. The product inside Selling List should be in status “Linked”.
  • Price Revise — transfer to Amazon Price update for selected Selling List products. The product inside Selling List should be in status “Linked”.
  • Update QTY & Price  — transfer to Amazon QTY and Price update for selected Selling List products. The product inside Selling List should be in status “Linked”.
  • Stop listing — transfer to Amazon  QTY update with the “Zero” value for selected Selling List products. The product inside Selling List should be in the status “Linked”.
  • Stop & Remove — for items in “Linked” status transfer to Amazon QTY update with “Zero” value and after operation finished remove selected products from the Selling List. For products with a “Not Linked” state, just remove them from the Selling List.
  • Remove  —  Remove items from the Selling List. This action does not send any updates to Amazon and does not stop active listings. Salestio will drop connections to the listings upon removal.
